Also im not really experienced with the makeu side of things and was wondering if anyone had some tips?

The pic is after i dyed my hair a while ago but it's faded and now i hate it lol. I wanted something new that would suit me.

I think blonde suits you well. You have great hair, I'd work with the natural volume you have and maybe use big rollers(hot ones) to give it some extra shape and bounce. I start at my roots to give the hair more lift and then wrap the hair around it from the root. You have really pretty eyes and lips, I'd play those up with pink/browns and bronze colors on your eyes with a nice mascara(curl those lashes first!) and a nice pinky peach blush/maybe light bronzer with nice light pinky peach lips. And a tip, always use a brush when experimenting with eyeshadow and put it on lighter than you think you should, you can always add more as you go and avoid looking overdone. Shadows look great when layered, it takes some time to apply it neatly so go for simple at first by applying the darker colors from the lid to the crease and then blending the lighter color from the lid to the top of your eyebrow. I use a color similar to my skin tone for that! Slightly shimmery looks really good but avoid "frosted" colors above your crease line.

This is a cute cut. For makeup, you have big pouty lips but I hardly notice your eyes. Emphasize them.

and for make up i agree with jessie_elisa you have massive lips which makes your eyes less noticable , eyeliner, mascara x
