You don't need to go to the gym to lose weight, but you do need to keep motivated. You can also go to the library or video store and rent out a few workout videos. Eat healthy....No junk food! But, if you do want a candy bar, just eat it in moderation. Drink lots of water....Cardio is good for burning weight, while things like yoga and crunches help shape your body.

i agree with beloww , yaa i hate wasting $ so the only place i workout is either outside on a beautiful day or my house :) lool i'll do anything if my musics playing gets me really energetic and i forget im excercising cause im having a great time doing it .
basically i just dance to the music and maybe do some stairss
but exercise only helps weightloss its more for toning diet is the secret as loong as u eat healthy meaning balanced and :'( no junkfood : ' ( just kidding eat in moderation but if your really dedicated its a greeat step to eliminate all fast food and eat real food . GOOD LUCKK :)

well what some people do is chew their food really slowly so shew your food exactly 50 times before you swallow

I've never focused on a diet yet I am knowledged that if you eat healthy foods and don't go hungry for more than 2-4 hours, your metabolism will increase. Fitness is very very very helpful. Just walking or bike riding will do you very good.

The best thing to do is drink loads and loads of water (sometimes you think you're hungry when you're actually thirsty. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Make more journeys when carrying things. Offer to walk the dog, paint the wall, weed the garden etc. Whenever you have a free moment, do crunches/sit ups/squats/star jumps etc. Every time you want to eat food you shouldn't, or are tempted to pick at food think of the lovely slim body you will get if you don't eat it. But most of all, have confidence in yourself. Smile and be polite, it really pays off more than exercise. Combining the two make a big difference :) Hope this helped :) xxx

If you dont wanna go to the gym, then make yourself a routine where you have maybe a morning jog, and if you snack on things like crisps, try something like pasta and tuna, or maybe some fruit. Healthy eating and excersise will do it.
