I need to:

A) Convince my mom (if it is a diet or pill)

B) Be able to afford it

C) Lose it before June 2009 (this June)

D) Go from 5'6" & 160 lbs to 5'6" & 110 lbs

do crunches and look for some new workouts that interest you. There's kickboxing, dancing, crunches, lots of stuff, its all about finding something that you enjoy.

Walk every morning.

The good thing about this diet forr you is that u can eat as much as you want and still lose wait.

Iv been on it and its the easiest diet i have been on. I lost almost 20 pounds. It can be hard for you if there is a lott of junk food in the house. Best thing is to not buy it and limit yourself to only wants in the house and that can be in the diet.

My dad and my two brothers are always on the diet. My dad tried diets and could never stay on it like he has for this diet. My brothers is a little slower but still losing weight.

I live with my mom and go to my dads on the weekends. I am the only one at my moms doing the diet. So its a lot harder for me. My stepdad is in love with junk food so we have a lot of it. My mom is on alli. ITs a pill that makes u poop if u eat to much fat. The only thing about that is it may help you lose weight but ur not learning the right eating way. Well when i am over there i eat eggs for breadfesk. When i come home for school i eat a salad. Salads are ur main snacks unless u can have cheeze. for dinner i just ate the meat out for the meal. If my parents don't make meat that day i eat tuna fish.

So, watch your diet, swim and practice yoga wll help you loose belly fat. i am tring to loose weight too.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO ON THE ATKINS DIET! That diet causes people to have heart failure! and its not the right way to lose weight either. besides eating meat after 2 will make you gain weight because meat is hard to digest and you will go to sleep with it in your stomach. what IS healthy is eating just protein for breakfast having a light lunch and a vegiterian dinner. And excersise 3 times a week. I promise this will work if you stick to it. I lost 30 pounds in two months last year which is almost too much to lose in that amount of time but its still healthier.

and pills only make you lose water weight and the problem is that as soon as you are off the pill, the water weight comes back. pills are so bad for you. take a vitamin instead if you want to take something. And you can do it girl, just be healthy about it. even though i really dont think that 160 is bad. I weigh 160 and im just 5 ft 10 and I try really hard to never call myself fat

weighing 160lbs and being 5"6 tall is not fat, in fact its rather healthy, and probably if you go to 110lbs you will be underweight which is not good. however if you need to reduce your belly fat try sit ups, pilates, and dancing...they are all fun and affective.
