Eat healthy and excercise. Make sure you lose no more then 3 pounds a week. It isn\'t healthy to lose more then that. Please please PLEASE don\'t resort to not eating or throwing up after eatign that isn\'t healthy and it ruins your teeth, hair ect. it doesn\'t make you pretty it makes you bony so you look like a witch.

You may speak with a dermatologist like Dr. Eric Schweiger about that particular concern of yours. He is a Board Certified Dermatologist in New York and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. You may also check out http://www.nyccosmeticdermatology.com/lipo-zeltiq.htm and learn about Coolsculpting by ZELTIQ.
