i used to be overweight when i was about 14.. an my mum encouraged me to go bike riding..

i went every afternoon for about a month or so.. an it was for about an hour..

i went from size 14 to 6 =O

that an eating good food an i only drank water..

sounds harsh.. but not as hard as u think..

well i also want to become a model. so its nice to find people with the same goals as you.

right now i want to lose inches off my waist to get the perfect 24 (:

i already lost an inch off.

i workout during the week. most days. about 4 - 5 days.

first, i do ab workout. such as crunches, bicycles, bridges, ect.

then, i either run or power walk for 30 minutes.

if you want to burn off the fat, you HAVE to do some type of aerobic exercise.

well i also want to be a model but i want to gain weight, lol wierd huh? but i think the best thing for you to do is excerise everyday, eat healty not less! run a mile everyday, do squats, situps, jumpin jacks, etc.

water, powerade, gatorade, think healty DONT MAKE YOURSELF THROWUP AFTER YOU EAT PLEASE DONT!

to start, you could walk an hour a day. "They Say" that walking is even better than running, and if you walk an hour a day than you can start to loose weight.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER! I remember a few years back I used to drink a gallon or whatever of water, and I lost fifteen pounds. This is because water gives your body not only hydration, but you're full easier. Contrary to what your parents may say, drink a glass of water before you eat your meal, and when you eat your meal, try not to put eveyrthing on your plate at once. Maybe start with a salad on your plate first, then when you're plate is empty, maybe a little potatoes, then once your finished that, have some of that steak...and so on and so forth. Then you're not wasting food, and you're not left with a whole lot left on your plate you feel like you have to finish.

Also, it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you eat LITTLE of it. Savor it--chewwww it :9

Also--half whatever meal you eat should contain vegetables. Wheter it be a salad, some veggies, wor whatever--it'll keep you healthy and get you all the vitamins your body needs! Hey, a science teacher told me this

Umm why do you want to lose it.. There are model agencies that take girls who are full figured. The models you see now are so unhealthy.

Go for a run every day and drink 10 glasses of water. If you are like me and don't have time to run do some sit ups and crunches. And stay away from junk foods like frys. Vegies are best, if you don't like veg go to the store and buy a tasty sauce once you start eating them your body will start to like them. And don't eat when your hungry. And don't starve your self when you do that you bady holds the food in you stomach and you won't lose weight. And plz don't throw up its bad for your health and its nasty you will lose you hair and your breath will be smelly. Hope this helps

just eat healthy dont starve urself.and i think u should be happy with ur body no matter wat.but if u really want to just eat healthy and try to go for a walk or run once in awhile n eat but like eat salads n stuff
