My hair thinned from relaxer, help?

my hair is curly, i am mixed; and they are like really tight spirals less then the width of a pinky. Ive relexed my hair for as long as i can remember, but its never effected my hair. It has just lossend the curls to mkae them more managable. I recently relaxed my hair for summer, and had been straightening it every day. i went swimming and the relaxer started to come out. It was about a month and a half after that relaxer that i decided to re-relax my whole hair... When i did my hair felt like each strand of hair split in half, and my hair broke very easily. I rarely wash my hair because its so unmanagable when wet, and straighten it because its not even curly anymore, its just a mess. I need help on ideas to help the damaged hair while the new growth is growing out. I DO NOT WANT TO CUT IT, its already to my sholders... please help

ive tried cutting my hair, and its literatly fully damaged so it turns out the same as before i cut it. I know id just have to cut it to the new growth but i dont think i could that.. so do you have any recomindations for conditioning products. like deep conditioning
