as i breathe in the silence

i can feel the apathy

the sky painted with melancholy

lets dive head first into our

decadent pleasures and long forgotten habits

suffering from nostalgic wants and needs

that can no longer be attained

im falling for your misaligned truths

and lies masked as pretty words

just cause i don't call your bluff

doesn't mean i can't see threw your never ending disguise

blahhhhhhh i feel like so crappy lately....

i flip out at the smallest things like literally break down crying or being really upset or i turn into liike mother of all anger and idk whyyyyyyyyyyy =[ all i can think it is, is i miss my boyfriend like fucking crazyyyyy

what do i do to stop getting so mad or sad or upset =[

do you think you could be having symptoms of that thing that's like PMS but hits you harder? you could maybe see a dr if you know these mood swings are interfearing with your lifestyle. they could help.

well you are feeling like that because you miss your bf. i guess everyone would feel like that if they were in love. try to occupy your time with things you like and let time make things easier :)

Where is your BF? How long has he been away? Eventho you miss him you should not let out your anger towards your family. If you do lash out... you should apologize to your mom so she is aware of what is bothering you and it is not just you being rude and inconsiderate.

I think you should let your emotions out instead of holding them back in. If they carry on holding them in, then your have little outbursts of them everynow and then. Id say scream loudly, though that might give the impression ur crazy/in danger. So rather, go somewhere & just kick something? Punch something? Take your anger out on things, not people. Everytime you know ur gonna flip, remind urself that it isnt the persons fault your temper is so short nowadays.

Try meditating and clearing your mind off all things. Talk to your bf more often on the phone. Go out with friends & just distract yourself (:

no i don't lash out at my family, just an expression, but he's away visiting family and then to university.
