okiedokie soooo the doctor says that i may be depressed and he said i have a serious case of sleep insomnia. i take pills now to fall asleep. not that i like the fact im knocking myself out with drugs to sleep but its better then not sleeping at all. ANYWAYS my boyfriend is constantly asking if i slept, how much i slept, how many hours, if i feel okay, if i want him to let me sleep instead of hanging out, and i know he is concerned but it annoys me soooo much like he does it and then eveyrbody is like whats wrong why cant you sleep. and such. how do i tell him politely to stop asking me, or at least stop asking in public, because im fineeee.???

I have the same issue =) first off, try to relieve some stress, and relax.

Maybe take a day off or something. As for him, let him know your getting more sleep and your okay...and if he still asks just tell him that your okay and ask him to stop asking =] He'll understand.

sorry thats all ive got,

Just be like "baby im fine dont worry, ill tell you when somethings wrong" say that enough and he'll cut down on the asking.

i wouldn't MAKE him stop asking you cause that could make him feel like you don't want him to care about you

but talk to him about saying things in public, and let him know the meds are helping and you are feeling better

well, yes. simply telling him you're ok. let him know the pills are working.

and hey, i've heard that there are foods that make you feel better:

maybe you just need to spice up your life.. do some workouts, have fun, meet people. that should work ;)

good luck! :)

lemme add to that haha srry.

Maybe go to a spa or somewhere your relaxed. Being depressed could kill mom has it really bad and shes had it to bad she was shaking and crying. so a def. no-no. Think of the good things in life and try your best to put the bad behind.
