What is your diet like?

I'm just wondering what every ones diet is like. What do you eat? Do you eat healthily? Do you eat junk food? Are you veggie/vegan? What kinda foods do you always eat? I always have pasta, or cous cous with chicken.



I try to favour the healthier foods but as I've been stuck at home with a bad back for the last month I've been pigging out :( And I wanna get back into a healthy routine again. Gimme inspiration :)

erm i eat REALLY healthy

but im kinda obsessive with it

and EXERCISE

i do obsessivly try

cutting down on the trash and any time you hungry pick up a nice fruit

you will find tey will make you feel much more energised

also try going for a run or go to a gym or a dance class

that will have you feeling healthy in no time!

I try to eat really healthy when I can, like, I'll eat a salad every now and then for lunch or dinner and maybe a piece of fruit sprinkled here or there. It's really good to get exercise too. While you're lying in bed, just tense muscles or lift your legs up and down, or, if you can walk, just walk around your house while watching TV.

hey!! i am going to answer the questions in the same order that you wrote them

1) i try to eat a bit of everything, apart from foods i cant eat since i think they shouldnt be eaten like seafood.

2) most of the time i do eat healthy however i have an occasional slip up (abt once every 2 days)

3) not often...we avoid oils at home

4) no

5) bread, and chocolates, and usually meat with potatoes or pasta. and some veggies if i feel like it

I'm vegan and I try to eat healthy. I eat roughly 800-1000 calories a day and since I went vegan I've lost 18 pounds.
