YOGA YOGA YOGA! all you need is a mat and wear some shorts or legging to do some of the stretches. It improves your balance, posture and flexibilty. Burns loads of calories and tones your muscles. there are so many different moves to target specific areas and you can switch it up. I would recomend doing salutation to the sun.

I subscribe to Women's Health and the magazine will tell you all sorts of workout moves and things to eat. So I would check it out

Exactly the same as me!

Just cut out junk food - no cakes, chocolates&sweets..

Start doing some sit ups before you go to bed.. 30 or 50 odd.

It will make a difference if you keep it up.

Drinks more water and less fruit squash =)

i don't know about in 3 mo gettin it all done but just walk and do leg lifts, eat boiled or baked foods when you eat out choose chicken and salad

30 minutes of cardio - I suggest using a tread mill go between fast walking / light joking , or a eliptical . Light weight muscle tone excercises such as sit ups , crunches holding weights at your chest.Leg lifts , push ups are also awesome. If you can get access to a professional gym use the machines on a start of 20 pounds. :D
