eat wat u like but narrow it down work out more and eat more healthy foods but also treat yourself wen u do good it cant happen over night so jus take it slow:)

try to avoid junk food. maybe it would be more than enough to loose some weight. junk food can be the worst thing for your body!;)

but still. I can understand you. if you try it, the first 2 weeks will be hard, but then you'll feel much more fresher! b-)

I cannot choose either. I love eating, but still want to loose some weight to. I'd rather work out than not eat junk food! :D

hey!! i have kinda the same problem but i try to make my best out of it. i usually drink a glass of water when im hungry so it shuts up the hunger. if it doesnt go i try to have a small healthy snack. also i thinks its better if u eat some junk food (not much) everyday than save it up for weekends and stuff like that). and try to increase the ammount of exercise you do so as to help firming whilst losing weight.

cut down the junk food at least? if you really want to lose weight, stop eating junk food. it's not doing anything for you. try exercising even if it's a little bit. drink more water. eat fruits&vegetables instead of junk. they're not bad at all and good for you.

eating right is the best way to lose weight. insted of going completly no junk food, limit yourself to a piece of darkish chocolate or like 2 twizzlers.

limit your junk food and start eating more healthy foods..make yourself eat healthy thats what i do and it has really worked b/c i love junk food just as much as the next girl lol

thats just a craving your probably getting,which most people get wen their around their favourite food,like how many people do you see come home after a stressful day n say"Mmm i would sure love eat a whole plate of vegetables!" rarely most people want to eat whats easy to get n tastes good to them.



cut off the eating alot of junkfood to eating home cooked meals(find healthy recipes)

exercise(1 hour daily)

junkfood n sugary sweets trigger cravings ,so if you switch to healthy choices then you'll b fuller n feel incredible:)

insnacking n fibre r awesome to snack eating

keep your mind off food,get active like for me i take dance,you can do sports,yoga,just anything so you dont feel bored.
