What's The Best Shampoo & Conditioner, for Very Dry Hair?

So my hair is very try, and I'd like to know what the best shampoo and coniditoner would be for dry hair. I got my split ends cut off, but my hair dresser said I still have dry ends.

What brand/name works best for you?

I'm currently using Dove Intensive Repair (But only the shampoo, the conditioner wasn't in stock, so I'm just using Herbal Essence conditioner)

After I'm finished those, I have Sunsilk Hydra TLC, both shampoo and conditioner.

I was thinking of using Head & Shoulders, but apparently that makes your hair fall out :/

I also deep condition my hair with Pantene once a week.

So overall, what do you recommend?

Thanks :) - Heather

I find dove intense repair is actually really good i used it yesterday (the conditioner.)

However, you will NOT beat tony & guys hydrating shampoo & conditioner.

The best leave on treatment is vo5 hot oil OR tresseme thermal recovery conditioner.

BTW. DO NOT USE HEAD & SHOULDERS, IT IS A STRIPPING SHAMPOO, IT CAN EVEN MAKE YOUR HAIR LIGHTER ITS SO ABBRASIVE - TO PUT IT ON DRY HAIR WOULD BE A CRIME. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE DONT USE IT !!!!

i agree with gbpkid. head and shoulders is not for dry hair. i generally have greasy hair so i use it once or twice a week but not everyday as it can really dry up and in my case, bring out the frizzies. you can stick with your conditioner if it's working for you. regular hot oil treatments should be enough to augment your hair care. too much of heavy conditioners can weigh down hair making it look flat.
