In the first picture you have given the girl has a side fringe (or side bangs if your american), and short razored layers. Her hair is probs straightend with some straighteners (or flat iron if your american) and then the shorter layers are teased.

teasing hair involves taking the shorter lengths or your hair and taking a comb and brushing the hair back towards your scalp so that it stands up. don't do this too much though coz it will look like a birds nest haha :).

if you dont like the idea of backbrushing you can do the sides of that girls hair by using a putty and putting a pea sized ammount in your hands, rubbing it into your fingers, and spking the ends of the hair outwards, this will create that fluffy look :)

hope i helped, message me if you need more help xx

first it needs to be around eye length

then you need to have some layers

and the bottom needs to be texturized so it's kinda choppy

then you can even put a little clay on your hands and rub them together till it feels just slightly sticky then rub your hands on either side of your bangs

then style with your fingers you can even use a flat iron to help
