I really want to lose 20-30 lbs. Before summer. No diet pills or shots. Just like exercise and diets/ food portion, I don't know. Help please!!!!

You need to exercise more often and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. You have to stay away from unsaturated fats.

Start out with an easy excersise 5 minutes on the tred mill or yoga every saturday, Each day increase the amount of exercising you do by a couple of minutes. As for food all you need to do is be cautious want to eat chips? Get a little in a small bowl and when they're gone they''re gone leave first courses alone ( they have about as many calories as you should consume in a day) don't eat candy and when it comes to soda go to simple juices instead.
