Exercise/diet goal

okay so i have a pool and love it :x but im not the best looking in a bathing suit......

i have a bit of a tummy and my thighs...ugh i realy do hate them...but for the most part i need an easy and fun exercise to lose weight in those places or a diet that would help.... i buy luch from my school though so the typical meals would be




chicken strips

pizza..LOTS of pizza


chips (baked and regular)

that kind of stuff.........or if just skipping lunch or eating a very small one would be better

i am not physicaly capable of skipping breakfast...its just not happening..i almost always eat a bowl of special k with silk soymilk and water....some times a fried egg with pepper...plz give me some advice...thankx!!!

Probably my best advice to you would be to lay of regular pop.. Do you drink regular pop? becaz i wanted to lose weight & i lost like 7 pounds in a week by just switching to diet coke & just cuttin back on alot of sweets & fried stuff; Then i took a walk up my holler everyday; idk where you live; but im from the country so yeah; give it a whirl it rly helps! && the not skipping breakfest is great becaz i think it makes it harder to loose weight when you dont eat! I DONT HAVE THE WILL POWER EITHER! haha* =]

well for ur stomach, simple sit up n crunchs would reli help. the best is a sit up but as ur cumin up u twist ur body so ur using more musles then normal.if you do maybe 15 to 20 a nite, would a okish diet, i say okish cz i did it n my diet isnt great, actually worse then urs after like a month ul notice the diff..

from your school, buy... uhmm, a saled and a diet coke/pepsii.. thats it, you can have as much salad as you want, but nothing greesy, pizza is bad if u wanna lose weight, pasta;bad... chips 1000% bad.. but stik to salad, and if its cold where you live and you dont wanna go walking outside 24/7 , running up and down ur stairs is great.. but u've gotta do it 4 times a week, for 20 minutes.. no stoping, even if ur tired, find ur self asteme and tell urself you can..

dont skip breakfast.. its the best meal of the day, thats what gets you upand ready, if you want, b4 u go to school eat a HUGE HUGE HUGE! breakfast, and dont have lunch... but drink A LOT, A LOT, AND A LOT! of water, water mkaes u feel full so that u dont feel like eating anything, drink water even when u dont want to :P

For dinner, give urself a limit, like small limit, but dont starve urslf.. and drink a lot of water...

hmm first of all dunt make it a strict diet cuz i see sum of my friends starving themselves n im like you want some of my food

lol i love sweets(: i definitily go for that at the caf

just lunch a small sandwhich without extras such as ketchup,etc..

more like light philil cheese or herbed goat cheese

drink natural juice,uhmm flavoured water

also a granola bar or oatmeal cookies something with fibre n protein fills up the stomach


milk? not milkshakes though full of suga
