How do you get of a muffin top/beer belly?

i'm 17 going on 18, and my mother says its baby fat when really I think its just fat baby. My stomach has ALWAYS poked out and i've always been self concious about it, its not as bad as it used to be because i've lost some weight. Some say Cardio helps but i don't want a big muscle i want a Jessica Alba stomach, FLAT and FLAWLESS! lol

lol cardio is all about burning not building



low weight high repetition.

swimming can help crunches can deff help



learning to belly dance or even doing full body dancing (they have videos on each) can help 'tone' up the stomach area.



it can take time but it does work

Exercise is very good to get a flat stomach , and also eating healthy food helps too ... and you can join the gym and go everyday to work out :)

I've recently started doing zumba at my local rec and in 3 weeks, only 2 classes a week i've lost 1/2-1 inch around my waist. And I'll be honest I've been doing a lot of pigging out lately. (two weeks ago was my friends bday, My sis's bday was last weekend, this weekend is halloween and next week is my bday, shyea I'm freakin' piggin out :P)

cardio melts off the flab and doesn't necessarily bulk you up in general. try running, dancing, hula hooping, biking..there are a lot of options, really. Oh and watch what you eat ( and drink), girl.
