I've stopped mindless snacking,

and have started doing light exercises in my freetime,

or when I'm bored(ususally 2-3x daily)

and've been drinking more water and I think I'm

starting to tone up.

my exercise routines consist of resistance and 3lb. weight training for my arms,

crunches/situps for my abs,

leg raises/jogging in place/skipping around my house for my legs.

it's easy.

I know certain tea's you can find at your grocery store will help you drop water weight also, and fiber will

make you drop weight in another way.(:

but also if you've tried but aren't seeing weightloss,

it could be your bone structure's meant for a 12

and you just need to tone up a bit.

I used to think I could work my way down from a 7

to a 1, but I have pretty thick bones and curves,

so it's not how I'm supposed to be.

and eating no bread and no pasta will leave you tired and not able to exercise

you want to do cardio to burn the extra calories. about 30mins a day (you can break a few days a week) but when you feel like going outside and walking (it's really safer to go to a mall and walk than outside in area's you don't know if your alone)

walking, running, swiming are all cardio exercises

you need to eat well balanced meals, not overeat anything but makesure you get protein, veggies, fruits, and grains (and drink milk with dinner it really does help)

pick grilled or baked foods rather than fried if you can

and you can check out my blog for tips in the 'weight' folder

i did all these things (except my cardio is my job lol) and i lost a good bit of weight after my lil gir (i weighed 170 after i had her) and after a few months if this i was 150 and i just stick to the healty choices (yea i treatmyself sometimes with chocolate, smores, or icecream) but i'm a happy size 9 and i love it

anything worth doing takes time but it'll pay off in the end

instead of 3 large meals a day, eat 3 smaller meals with 3 healthy snacks before hand.

Eat an apple 30 minutes before any large meal, it will make you feel fuller so you wont eat as much.

Walk a lot, and exercise. Make sure to stretch before you exercise though!

Hope that helped.
