My Hair is a blackishh dark brown colour, and i want golden blonde hair w bleach blonde highlights.

I want a very large amount of bleach highlights in my hair though. I need help, do i have to stripp my hair, and then dye it golden blonde then add the highlights? And if anyone knows maybe a rough idea of how much that would cost?

call around and get some prices from so salons. and also think about if you just want the top layers cause it's cheaper to do just the crown insead of your whole head

first of all you wont get your hair up this colour all in one go so don't try too cause it will ruin your hair, i know from experience &i had to dye it back dark to save it &start from scratch!

Go to a salon, they will 'lift' your base colour to the golden blonde colour, and then they will put through highlights, doubt they'd be bleach blonde in the first part, but lightening is best done in a salon so that if anything does go wrong, you can make sure its gunna be sorted :)

it may be quite expensive to do the whole head, and I think it'd look better if you just got highlights so then you wouldn't have to risk breaking your hair. but if your only going to do the base, get a lighter color on top so it's not too much of a contrast. try getting highlights and lowlights first before dying your whole head and so you can chose what shade of blonde you want.
