well, you should actually talkto someone-not necesseraly some psychologist but someone you trust-maybe your friend or even your should feel better after talking to someone cause you wont have to deal with that alone anymore-they could help youw ith some advice or something. but first you have to ask yourself what is causing this feelings. what isn't right? you have to work that out before you can do anything else. I wouldn't sugest listening to your favorite songs while sad because later, when you get all content again, you're going to hate that songs because of the way you felt when listened to them. so happy songs-they're okay, maybe they could give you some strenght dealing your problems.

it's always goo to talk to someone

but really having some friend time going to movies and such

doing art time making things like bracelets or scrapbooking

some kind of outlet usually helps relieve stress and increase good moods

exercise such as cardio activity or anything that stimulates your heart is good because it releases positive chemicals that give you happy feelings and can help reduce stress levels

you could do some sport, trying out something new, going out with ur friends... or just doing crazy stuff, doing a new adventure or smoething like that. if you cant do things from the above, and when ur at home, listen to really happy songs, like falling apart from all american rejetcs, only listening to the melody makes me happy, but im not really listening to the lyrics. or kids from MGMT. just any happy music, or just call ur best friend, talk with her/him for a long time.. do something what makes u happy... i hope u feel better soon xx
