well i heard water fasting is bad for you but i heard its a good way to clear your body of toxins so would it be okay to do it for a day??????????????????

no, itz really bad. actually, if u drink about 1 gallon of watr a day, in 3 or 4 days u kan loose about 5 pounds of water wait, so, yupz. always drink lotz od water, itz da best 4 u =D

yes, it does clear your body from toxins.

but fruits and veggies do the same thing.

you should drink about 8 glasses a day no more, you can become bloated and what not!

i would stick to the organic clense thing (but really it's not that important)



for a day or two you can drink water, eat salads (it's ok to add some grilled chicken or eggs), have fruits and veggies



those are less likely to have any harmful 'toxins' but really if your healthy there's no need to think you have excess toxins in your body but that's a healty way to flush out and make sure you ALWAYS TAKE A MULTI VITAMIN

you don't have to just drink water to clear out the toxins of your body. you could eat light salads and friut and vegetables, too(: water fasting is not very healthhy for youu.
