okay guys i know you guys are gonna be like you shouldnt try to be like someone else but!

how can i become skinny like selena gomez. of course i should like myself the way i am but i dont and if i were to become skinny like her i would like myself alot better than i do now im about 5'4 and 138 and shes 5'5 and about an estimated 103 pounds. i dont want to be her exact weight but around that weight range please help and advice helps and im willing to attemp anything ! plz and thank yolu

first everyone has a different perfect weight for them and it also has to do with genes, the fact that some people have more dense bones, and muscle weights more than fat.

i'm 5'6" and i weigh 155lbs and i couldn't be happier

well,everyone should excorcise, but u should also eat less. if u use a small plate at dinner time,u will eat less. the key is to not starve urself. just eat until ur full,not really full or stuffed or feel like ur gonna puke. just remember that u should love ur curves,because,believe me,i know some girls that are skinny,but wish to be curvy like u! remember! u r beautiful!!!!

Yeah everyones different hun =)

But if you wanna lose some weight, make sure what your eating is healthy.

Fruits, vegtables, baked chips etc.

and plenty of water is good too.

During the say, usually when your bored, you tend to eat more. if thats whats going on with you, try to exchange any unhealthy food with something healthy.

It makes a big difference after awhile.

Also, having plenty of exercise each day can help. =)

im your height and im about 30 pounds overweight but people say i dont look that big. so, who knows if she ways more or not. but let me tell you, i wish i was stick thin and when i mean thin i mean like 90 pounds (yeah i know its bad..) but with my body aka my very broad shoulders i would look funny. -sigh- dumb genes. but yeah, when you say outloud "i want to become healthy" then you will take action and start eating right and exerciseing :)

Okay well first you should eat healthy dont starve yourself i know a lot of girls who have done that and well just dont. also you could have more muscel than her which weighs more than fat. just try eating healthy (dont eat when youre bored like most people tend to do) and exercise. run/walk/situps/crunches will help. im 5'2" and i weigh 101. but im a lot shorter than you& i have absolutly no muscle what-so-ever.
