truthfully you should just make a healty diet to stick to all the time. not just 3 days that's not really very smart i think.



pick grilled or baked foods over fried. eat salad with grilled chicken for meals. drink milk with dinner. have rasin bran cereal for breakfast with oj.



walk during the day or run or jog or swim



30mins of cardio every couple of days will help you burn

diets like that aren't healthy hun. Drastically changing your diet to low calories and lack of protein etc is just going to confuse your body. then when you go back to your normal diet it'll want to suck all the calories and fat it can and store it. It then makes you get those fat rolls. NOT GOOD.

SO! what do we do?

we make a healthy diet :) Make sure you're getting your 5 a day of fruit and veg, your proteins, sugars, fats etc... (ALL IN THE RIGHT AMOUNTS!)
