go for a 1 hour jog everyday, drink lots of water, and stick to a health diet (only things frm the bottom part of the food pyramid?), gym? lolz idk

I would jog around for 30 mins.Eat healthy like for snacks eat fruits. and one that i think really helps is swimming. Swim a little each day and watch what you eat. Good luck!

you gotta be dedicated walk 30 minutes a day...swimming is a big help from heat...actually work your body...do situp everyday and do some weight training for certain areas i took weight training for 3 years in high school and he showed me a lot but you have to switch your routine every week or it wont work and whatever is sore dont work it out until 24 hours have past from when you last worked it out

the best thing to do is do cardio!!! it works wonders try to do at least an hour a day.... and maybe get involved wit a sport ....(it really helps and it s fun) also just eat good and keep wit it!!! hope i helped

i agree with every 1 else but also being a short term vegitarion made me loose weight! its easy and u still get the same amount of proteen without the fats of red meat!!!:D
