I guess I'm a pretty laid back person, although I can get a little OCD at times. A few of my favorite things are: Glee! Rugby, ski racing, Disney movies, fashion&design, and my cat (dorky, I know.)
I enjoy hanging out and shopping with my friends, reading and writing and making my own clothingMore saduisahduiash dsau

Halloween is coming...

I'm really weak in the presence of junk food, and because Halloween is coming, we have a lot of candy in the house, which i can't seem to stop snarfing down. Can anyone tell me how i can stay away?

what i do, is taste everything, but don't actually sit down and eat. like extra small snacks, to feel the taste than forget about it. ;)

it works for me.

hey, and drink plenty of water. it will keep you hydrated and fade away your cravings.

also found some great tips here:

good luck!

Just say....take one bite of the candy bar and throw it away! that really works! cause you get your cravings satisfied without going over board! :)

Or you can play the game where you look at the candy and then think of something really gross like, somebody probably sneezed on it when it was being made at teh factory! haha something to that effect trust me that will diff make you lose your cravings for it!

i go by the 2 bite rule. either 2 bites and put it in the fridge for tomarrow or 2 small pieces of candy

i don't care if you say you're weak! suck it up!!! the candy can't tell you to eat it!

i believe in you! you can say I"M NOT GOING TO DO THIS TO MYSELF! and you are the only person who can make that decision.

if you see candy and want some try a peanutbutter apple or sandwich

if you want something sweeter try some honey butter on bread or cinnamon sugar toast!
