diet for 14 year old girl, ? help please xx

so i recently gained a ton of weight .. /: , how ? idont know! i have been bored for the majority of the summer and i eat when im bored :(. so a diet is a MUST. what are some healthy foods i can eat ? will eating breakfast before school help with the diet? ( i usually NEVER eat breakfast ) . will cutting down on portion size & not drinking soda, only water, help? please help me /: . i want to loose HIP FAT, stomach fat and leg fat. But i don't want to loose my butt and boobs ); . i wish we could loose weight only on certain parts of our bodies! but we cant =(. please help ;; thank you ,, xx

You cannot spot reduce, sadly. Eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack on fruit/veg and low-cal yoghurt. dinner should consists of 50% vegetables, 25% meat and 25% potatoes, rice etc. Try eating healthy by choosing whole grain, skimmed milk, eating a lot of vegetables etc. AND drink water!

You are so young you shouldn't really diet. Chances are it will end badly. The best advice I can give you is to tell your parents you want to eat healthily. They could stock up on the foods mentioned above, and support you. They may know what foods are healthy. If they struggle with obesity, this may be more difficult. Also, you are so young that if you eat sensibly you should shake the weight by the time you are fully grown. Your bone structure will also probably increase, and you will look slender with more weight on you.

PS. Don't worry about your boobs - They keep growing untill you are 25.
