Hi...again. Although i know during puberty I will naturally gain wieght more easily than before, and that it is likely i will also lose the majority of the wieght that seemed to just spring up overnight. and i will have to put up with it for now, but it doent look the best, especially as i am quite short. but recently my diet has been going a little off tracks, which wont help at all, I dont eat very healthily, but i also dont alway eat junk. so i am about right in that respect, however i do have a bit of a sweet tooth-actually scrap that- sweet teeth. and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what i should cut down on in particular and how to say no to temptaion. I really cannot resist thing like ice cream although in the back of my mind it's saying "dont...dont. Oi! DONT!" lol. so if you have any ideas please reply to this question.

:o same here i totally have a huge craving for sweets and my mom tells me to stop cause you know how moms are .

i loove icecream even though im kinda lactose intolerant but i drinkk tons of milk and then face the consequences when my face turns red : /

ya its true when your taller you look me leaner which sucks but true. im average so i still know what it feels like since most of my friends are tall .

but you know what don't stop eating sweets because your trying to lose weight just eat less of it . Its actually a good technique when you get to eat whatever you want just in small portions . or maybe try things like eating marshmellows skim milk icecream , soda , gummies these are sweet and might satisfy your cravings if you have a bit and at the same time not fattening .
