i'm a 15 year old girl, who loves art, listening to music and stuff like that.
Style: I'm not really sure what my style is, I kinda blur the edges really, nor do I like all those lables that everyone is put into. But, for the sake of this, I guess I am in the whole Goth, Emo,

Bumps on my legs?

Ummm... well, I shave my legs, and although I get them smooth, and I moisturise them, is till get these little reddish marks, but i dont know what they are. They look like really small bumbs, but dont feel like it. (it's kinda hard to explain) they dont hurt or anything, just not that nice to look at. Any suggestions on what it might be and hoe to get rid of them?

Thanks in advance.

is it like a colored spot where the hair grows from? if you're really pale you'll be able to see the hair under the skin after you shave the only way to stop that is to get a tan.

if you want to you can try to shave from top to bottom (shaving with the grain instead of against it) and see if there is any change

I've had the same problem. what i do is i shave my legs at the time i shower, so i let the water hit my legs for a few minutes by doing this it will open up your pores on your legs. then after I have waited a few minutes i then shave like i regularly do. after you get out the shower when you try your legs PAT THEM DRY don't rub them try and last thing you put moisturizing lotion so it can absorb it and i don't have red bumps anymore since I've done this!
or if you don't shave your legs while in shower than you can also get a warm cloth and put it on your leg for a few minutes then shave.
hope i helped

I thought so at first, but as you said, I dont feel pain, and it all seems organised. lol if you get me.

yeah they are, but I'm not really pale. I'm kinda of a light olive colour, if you can imagine that. lol.
But actually it kinda looks like strech marks as there is slight discolouration in between the spots, like stretch marks. ya think it could be?

when it looks 'brusied' its slightly purple but more redish and theres random white spots umm its har to explain haha

thank you for your reply, but that is exactly what i do, apart from i have baths. I get in wait a few minuets for my pores to open, lather with lots of creamy, moisurising soap, shave, pat dray and moisturise. yet it still happens. although sometimes its worse than others. today it isnt too bad, but still noticable.
Thank you again
