I'm thinking the same thing! I really want to look hot on the beach! So excited, seriously though it's all about self-control and routine because if you don't have self control and can't help but eat those bad things, & you're going to most likely put those pounds back on! Also, that leads into the routine part: if you have a day where you eat pretty bad or have that one little craving for something bad it usually changes your mindset on your goal for example saying things like: "one more won't hurt" "I've been good lately" etc. Which turns into you saying that more frequently! You need to eat properly - and exercise! Eating properly is a harder part I find though and biting your lip when you crave sweets more than you should be having them. Try writing down what you eat, and try to plan in advance what/when you're going to eat - it's always better to eat around the same times everyday!

TIP: Try to get some crunches or yoga done in the morning it will help a lot! Another tip ALWAYS have breakfast. Always! Just think about how hot you'll be on the beach!!!!!
