loosing amounts of weight is diff for everyone

exercising and eating proper foods helps you get in shape

stick to fruits veggies, boiled foods, and baked foods

less fat but still full of proten and energy

and high rep low weight to burn fat instead of bulking up

working out extensively and stretching will help out. working on a different muscle group everyday (abs, legs, arms, etc.) helps. start off with cardio for about 15 minutes and then go to wieght training, don't overdo it, but strength training helps a lot. Building muscle helps burn fat, and will tone you up. if you need to eating fruits and vegetables for the two weeks will help also, getting protein from beans and nuts.

LOL ,same big event,im stressed

take it slow ,limit portion of food,intense excercise for 2 hours everyday

drink tons of water avoiding sugar

avoid fast food

dont let food come to you wen your bored,stressed or tired

become a vegetarian just for those 2 weeks

Anything is possible~

all you have to do is stop eating after 7:00pm, eat less fatty food, if you feel like eating take my advice go to sleep and lastly drink tea make sure it contains "NO" sugar at all.

Heya Darlin, 10 pounds is a lot.

There are 7000 calories in 1kilo (2.2 lbs) . So you would

have to not eat or burn 31500 calories to burn that. Even

if you didnt eat for a week, you could only burn like 5 pounds. But You could burn that in that in two weeks....
