Weight loss

I have tried everything! I am almost 15 and most of my fat is at my stomach. Since it's summer, i think now would be the best time to rid of it. I dont know how, tho! I have already put up one of these questions, and i had some really good answers. For some reason none of them really worked...can anyone help?

well when i was 15, i had gym class so, that's a lot of running, and a lot of crunches (especially during volleyball lol) anyway....i had gym right after lunch, so i didn't eat because i'd get cramps...but i'm not suggesting that!...i suggest having a light lunch. when my class was doing volleyball...the rule was if anyone kicked a volleyball, we all had to do 50 sit ups or 50 push ups...i chose sit ups each time...and believe me...everyday we did at least 150 of each. the middle of the semester i had a flat, and i mean flat stomach (yeah i had a little bit of fat on me, but, it only showed if i bent down...god i miss it lol. so my suggestions, do some running and lots of crunches

Getting fit is 80% food and 20% exercise.

So eat healthy foods. When you have the option, eat food that are baked not fried, diet sodas, and whole wheat. Go for lots of veggies and fruits.

For fitness you can google exercises for areas you would like to trigger. Even a good run is nice.

To lose weight and tone up things like swimming and walking are really good. Swimming especially because it works all the muscle's in your body. If you want to focus on your tummy do exercises like sit ups and core strength exercises also you should do exercises for your back to balance out what work you do on your tummy. Eat healthy food and cut down on junk food. If u want anymore advice feel free to ask im a gym instructor
