losing weight...

I have asked this question a few times but I wanna know how to do it. Like what has been successful for you guys, cuz I've tried EVERYHING. All i wanna do is feel comfortable in my own body...and I can't seem to do that unless I'm wearing a sweatshirt and my fat pants :) Lol, so anyone have any tips??

Trust me, I know how you feel! The three things I can tell you that will work is:
DAILY EXCERSIZE: even if that means your just doing crunches in bed or leg lifts, that's a start!

the bast ways to lose weight are:
1. get up and move! When you're watching tv, start jogging or do stomach crunches, etc
2. Dance! If you're bored, rather than sitting down in front of the tv with a big bag of crisps etc, but the music channels on and start dancing. If you want, make up your own routines and keep on practicing.
3. drink loads and loads of water. It raises your motabilism, so the fat you eat isn't absorbed into your body as easily.
