So I'm fifteen, and I'm a sophomore. I love to draw and paint, it keeps me from going absolutely insane with my brothers running around bugging me all the time. its the only thing that gives me peace. && I love to write, moreso love stories and other things, but I put a lot of my stuff on

Eating lots of yogurt is really, really good for all of your body, especially your hair! Eating a lot of it, *not* the fat free kind, will keep new hair growth healthy and very shiny.

Keep having the split ends trimmed, don't use heat products such as curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers, and think about investing in some product. My favorite is Last Call from Sally Beauty, which is like $15USD.

Use some Pantene Pro V or another salon end deep conditioner on your hair. Get it just a little damp (spritz it) and massage a dime-sized amount into it. Without rinsing it out, put on a shower cap and then go to sleep for the night. Wash it out during your morning shower-- it will take a while to get it completely rinsed, but doing this maybe once a week or more will give you a huge improvement. : )

Stop using a comb with your hair. Use one of those broad, bristled kind your mom probably brushed your hair with when you were a kid (, and only after it's completely dry. Be gentle with it; treat it like it's silk. : )

Good luck! xoxo
