Eat very healthily and take vitamins! Everything you put into your body effects your hair growth and quality. Go to a salon and ask them to cut as many of the split ends as they can without compromising length (you specify the length). Get regular trims. Stop using blow dryers, flat irons and curling irons often and when you do, use a heat protector. There are a lot of things you can do, those are some of the quickest fixes. Best of luck.

using heat protectors , reduce the use of hair straighteners and blow drying. Regular trim of your split ends at the salon... a good conditioner is " 3 minute miracle reconstructor conditioner by aussie. " Have a good diet helps as well , otherwise take vitamins.

treat those hair inside and out.. take aloe vera pills and vitamins for the hair. massage or brush the roots of your hair to increase blood flow so hair will be healthier.. apply any type of herbal treatments in a bottle with aloevera, coconut oil, etc. in it.. use the horse shampoo from wal-mart, it might work for you.. this is safe on humans and many people that i know have used it.. what works best though is the vitamins called hair, skin, nails by Mason product or visit a pharmacy near you.
