how do i get thinner

currently i am 145 pounds and i want to loose wait and i don't want to be fat any more people think i look thinner but really very day i feel like I'm gaining even more weight. please answer me back so i can know what to do because i feel lost I'm the fattest one in my house hold please help me! i feel like the guy i am in love with won't go out with me because of my weight. like i said before i am very very lost so please help me and get back to me as soon as you can. The only sure way to lose weight, diet and excercise. I'm not agreeing with you that you're fat though. I'm 145 too but I'm also really tall so it evens out and some people are better at hiding weight too like it goes to chest or butt, maybe you're one of those people? I don't know what you look like though . I know I'm definitely not fat though, sometimes I will feel it but it's all self confidence. Maybe you're too hard on yourself? If I were you I would go on Google.com and type in BMI Chart and then click on whichever one and you enter your height weight and sometimes gender and it will tell you if you're a healthy weight. But if you are serious about losing weight, eat healthy and work it! I lost 10 pounds in a week because I ate COMPLETELY healthy and worked out. Now it's not gauranteed that you will be the same because everyone is different but if you are serious about it you gotta stay commited!

Some tips:
-Only eat fruit till about halfway through the day, they do have sugar and are bad for you later but if you have the feeling you are gonna cheat you definitely go for fruit instead of cookies or something worse!
-Don't eat 2 hours before bed because you will store the fat
-Don't stop eating breakfast lunch or dinner! You're supposed to have those three meals and 2 snacks inbetween, cutting out meals can also help store fat
-Green Vegetables are the BEST! They help the most
-Fish and chicken are really good for you but if you want meat, go for ground turkey instead of beef!
-Work out at LEAST an half an hour a day!
-Print out motivational pictures and post them on your walls or fridge or computer so when you go in the fridge you guilt yourself into eating healthy or when you go get on the computer you might decide to go on a walk instead

My trick was to stop eating after 6 p.m. I managed to lose weight dramatically after a few days....

These are some great tips! I'd like to say though, I'm sure that you are absolutely beautiful! If "the guy you are in live with" won't go out with you because of your weight, he doesn't deserve you.. Love is accepting every little thing about the person you are in love with. 145 lbs is not as bad as it's reading in your mind! I guarantee it! You're gorgeous just the way you are!

That being said, you should be getting in you aerobic as well as anaerobic exercise.
Aerobic being cardio such as running, dancing, etc... Anaerobic being muscular training such as pilates.

The reason you need both is simple. Anaerobic builds muscle tone right? But you won't be able to see that muscle until you burn off some of the fat that is hiding it! Hence aerobic!(:

I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend that you check out blogilates on youtube! Chose at least four of your favorite blogilates workouts and add them to a playlist to do every day.
I do an hour of pilates each day and let me tell you, I've never seen better results with any other type of workout!

As far as aerobic goes, try Zumba! There are plenty of youtube videos of dances choreographed to nearly any song you can think of! It's loads of fun, and you barely notice you're working up a sweat!

You can drink plenty of water to make you feel full. You also have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. It is not really bad to pursue your weight loss efforts when you like a guy to notice you. However, you have to love and take care of yourself primarily because you have to and no one can love yourself more than you can.
