how do i get thinner
currently i am 145 pounds and i want to loose wait and i don't want to be fat any more people think i look thinner but really very day i feel like I'm gaining even more weight. please answer me back so i can know what to do because i feel lost I'm the fattest one in my house hold please help me! i feel like the guy i am in love with won't go out with me because of my weight. like i said before i am very very lost so please help me and get back to me as soon as you can.
