How can you hide bed head?

After getting up I always have a lump in the back of my hair. How do I prevent it and hide it?

if your hair is long enough plait it and sleep with it that way. its supposed to keep your hair from tangling so it will prevent you geting a bed head. or else buy a pillow that shapes according to your head.

you could plat it but u might not want the krinkles that come along with that, so put your hair into two ponytails to the back and put rubber bands on the hair till u get to da end of yo ponytail. you could also try tying yo hair up at night. go to the beauty store or walmart and find a sleeping cap. you could even roll your hair at night, but that takes awhile.

straighten your hair if you have a straightener. or wet your hands and run them through the lump then brush it out. or you could always wash your hair in the morning.
