Do my legs look fat? Ho can I slim them down?

I have always hated my legs, I find them too thick and big. I used to do track and was a sprinter, so maybe some of the thickness has to do with that. Lately, I've been running 3 miles a deay for atleast 4 days a week, in hopes to lose weight and slim down my legs. Do you guys think I'm being crazy or are my legs a bit big? How can I slim them down?

BTW I'm in a bikini

Your legs look normal - remember, your aim is to be HEALTHY, not SKINNY. If you run 3 miles a day 4 days a week, you must be in pretty good shape (for most people, including myself, that is incredibly difficult!). If you still feel insecure, you could look up some leg exercises to do. However, don't try to be TOO skinny - women are supposed to have natural leg fat. Also, eating healthier always improves your body - inside and out. Here is a site I found with some leg exercises that might be helpful:

Your legs are very muscular - thats why the little fat ontop of the muscle looks like a ton of fat. I have the same problem - except my thighs actually touch when I stand shoulder - width apart. lol by the way, I don't think your legs look that fat. some people just have fat on certain areas - be glad it isnt your stomach. ;P lol

i dont think they lookfat at all! its all muscle!
^^ thats all thigh excercises though, but your in great shape! i cant even run a whole mile! haha
