Well i know that she rides her bike four miles every day and she is a vegetarian. the only meat she eats is shrimp. she works with her personal trainer every other day for about two hours.

Hey Girl Miley Cyrus's dietitian had an article in Seventeen several months ago. It had a diet plan. Seventeen always publishes cool workouts and diets that the stars use. Anyways. This is going to be long. sorry, i am trying to write exactly what the article said.

Eating healty helps you look and feel your best, but if you are not sure where to start, Try Miley's easy plan. Six days a week, she eats five meals a day, each with a mix of five key food types. Then on the seventh day, she can eat whatever she wants!

5 Key Foods:

lowfat protien: chicken, turkey, cottage cheese, or egg whites.

fiber: go for colorful fruits and veggies, such as plums and peas.

healthy fats: find it in extra virgin olive oil and salmon.

sugar free drinks: choose water, tea, coffee, or sugar free sodas.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg whites with nonfat cheese provide protein. Grapefruit gives you carbs, and the whole wheat toast is a great source of fiber!

Midmorning Snack: Strawberries and peaches with one cup of nonfat cottage cheese fuel your bod without too much fat! Not a cottage chesse fan? Try nonfat yogurt.

Lunch: Enjoy a wrap filled with skinless turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and fat free mayo. The protein in the turkey helps build muscle.

Afternoon snack: Dip two pears (cut into wedges) into two teaspoons of peanut butter. The combo will keep you feeling full until dinner!

Dinner: You won't need to snack after having a whole grain tortilla stuffed with cheese and skinless chicken, corn, nonfat sour cream, and spicy salsa!


lunges, crunches, situps, and use weights to tone your arms. try to do 50 lunges on each leg, 50 crunches, and 50 situps a day. Also, try to run a mile 3x a week If you focus more on your stomach, you will look like miley in pic 1. If you focous on your legs, you will look like her in pic 2. Also, dont expect anything but soreness the morning after. You wont wake up with her body just because you followed her routine for one day.

Well...... i have her book Miles To Go and she said her favorite thing to eat is enchiladas,macaroni with ketchup,grilled chesse with ketchup,dumlings from cracker barrel,sushi,and she loves cookie dough ice cream! And she used to do cheerleading and she still does handstands and backhandsprings at home!
