ive gotten heavier since halloween (i have a big sweet tooth!) and I cant get my self to exercise i need to lose my leg weight and stomach. any exercise tips! or diet ideas?!? thks xoxo

most people gain weight after halloween, i think i did but ive been exercising... crunches, situps, pushups, running, jogging, going to a local gym, anything you can think of would help (: wth food wise, cut back on candy, try to eat at least two healthy meals a day, salad, chicken, turkey sandwitches on wheat bread are good (: no mayo though when i wanna snack on something bad, i just start eating almonds lmao (: if you eat two health meals and one bad-ish one then you should lose a little weight and it'll be easier to tone up... good luck! cut back on food intake and sweets. they say food intake contributes to 60% of losing weight. a cup of coffee for breakfast, an apple for lunch, and chicken salad for dinner is one example. 1 slice of peanut butter sandwich at morn, a yogurt and banana for lunch, half cup rice and palm size fish or meat at night... then i guess 40% of losing weight is due to exercise..15 minute exercise on treadmill: 3min walk, then 2min run, 3min walk, then another 2min run until time is up. they say is equivalent to an hour work out..exercise for tummy area: lie on your back. spread legs and lift them up for 2-3inches high. hold legs up for as long as you can. count per second. start from 20 counts then in the following days, maybe 50, then 100. easy way and proven to lose tummy problem. also cardio exercise is a must to lose weight and tone down tummy area.

Drink lots of water first of all.
Then, try kick boxing (for your booty and legs) and Pilates (for your abs!)
