i hope that was what you where looking for .:)
check this site.
oh, so that's what it's called..ulzzang? I've seen that kind of make up and I thought it's uhm, well, unique! haha! Hope the links provided by the others are helpful. Sorry if this is all I could say. :)
the best thing to do is visit soompi , or a korean uhljjang site like farpop.com or the likes they should have tutorials.
Here you go:
the site also holds contests which pretty much what most net famous uhljjang participate in. uhljjang (pronounced uh-jool-jang) is korean for best face, it's supposed to be the best NATURAL face, but people use makeup and photoshop to manipulate it. Hope it helps

Dang my specialty. :)
What you'll need: Water proof Mascara(sometimes eyes water after inserting circle lenses), false lashes, eyelash curler, double eyelid glue, circle lenses, foundation (at least a shade or two lighter than your skintone), concealer, black eyeliner (liquid or gel is the best, or else a really thin pencil), white/nude eyeshadow, white eyeliner, nude/pink lipstick or clear gloss, pink blush.
Now then. :P
Step 1: Moisturize your face well. Putting on a good amount of cream can sometimes decrease cakeyness. Next take your circle lenses and put them in. It's very important you put them in before you do ANY makeup.
Step 2: Put on your foundation. Also concealer. Make sure dark circles under your eyes are covered and any imperfections are well hidden. Us asians tend to have shadows at the corner of our mouths(well koreans do anyway) so it's good to put some concealer here. It makes the mouth look smaller, which is something you're trying to achieve. Tiny nose, small mouth and huge dolly eyes. Shadows around the nose should be covered also.
Step 3: Take the eyelid glue and draw a crease above your eye. You won't have to draw the whole line, usually stay around the middle of your eye area. Let it dry for a few seconds. Take the white/nude eyeshadow and dab it all around your eyes. This 'wakens' them up. Making them look wider and fully alive. Take your black eyeliner and starting in the middle of the top of your eye, draw a line to the end of your eye, keep it close to the lashline. You can do two things here. Either extend the line out a little and flick it up OR take the eyeliner to the bottom of your eye, filling in any gaps. Stop about half way. Next, take your white eyeliner and do your waterline. This makes your eyes look a lot bigger. Finishing that, take your white liner and dab a little on the inner corner of your eyes.
Step 4: Curl your lashes. Sometimes heating the curler a little is more effective and gives better results. Once that's done, put in your false lashes. Give both about three coats of mascara. This will blend them together.
Step 5: Sometimes dabbing a little bit of concealer on your lips works, but I mean VERY little. You don't want white lips. Put your nude/pink lipstick on, or just go over your lips with some clear gloss.
Step 6: Take your pink blush and either put two natural looking circles right bam smack on your cheeks or on your cheekbones, which ever you look doing or looks better.
And that's pretty much it. Make sure your hair is done too, to make the whole look come together. :)
ulzzang means best face, it's korean and supposed to be "natural best face" but it gets manipulated with makeup and a grey area appears on the internetsss. It is unique, just like gyaru or other feizl-esque stuff, but i think it's mainly a korean thing o.o;; or sometimes i've seen chinese uhljjang.

thank you! I appreciate you shedding more light into that for me! I see that look mostly on cosplayers here. It's crazy popular in Asia right now! I think they're going for like, Japanese anime? not sure but looks like it, to me. thanks again.
