exercise everyday about 1 hour and go to the gym ! nd i can assure you that you will loose a looot :D

The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is

1. healthy food.

2. less sugar.

3. drinking lots of water.

4. sports.

40 days will probably get you 10-15 pounds off the most. Anything more can be a lil unhealthy. They best way is to do it gradually. Start by cutting carbs, then limit sugar intake, up your fiber, and squeeze in at least 30 mins of exercise daily.

Green tea, green tea, green tea! I can't express that enough, do crunches on a ball before you go to bed at least 100 a night. (On the ball is easier than on the ground) Push yourself, but not so you're hurting so badly. You will notice a difference, I know it did!

Do 40 push ups towards the front then add a little twist to the sides for the rest.
