okay so i had an account on here but i deleted it



so one of my friends has a problem

ans she dosent want to make n account shes in umcomfortable with her body



she is 15 ans is 180 she thinks she if fat n she is 5'4 2 inches taller then me but she wants to no what she can do about it because she want to be at least 130 in a period of time ....any help she greatly appreciate it like a daily plan she can keep up with

she could go on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day. she could also try eating more colorful things because their better for you the more color the better. some things that are healthy but taste good are smoothies and salads. and she shouldn't eat too much fast food, greasy things and stuff that is fried. eat everything in moderation so don't go on a crash diet or over indulge

well one majr uestion is how muchi muscle and how much is really fat? trying to be inolved in sports is good too. trust me you don't think you lose too much but you gain lots of muscle and and look sexier. plus guys love sexy and strong women

and by the way muscle wieghs more than fat so that was the point of asking how muh is fat. and trythfully not all girls are built to be SKINNY my best friend looked really cute then she lost tons one summer now ahe looks scary and not alot of people like her me self personily is on the fat side but it's muscle my ex told me i was sexy so something must be right ;]. and don't try to change yourself for someone else. good luck:thumbup:

and just so she knows 180lbs for 5'4" is a lil chubby but she's still in a normal range in highschool i reached 183lbs and i was 5'5"



the best thing is get some cardio even walking after school for about 30mins about 3 days a week



and making good food choices and knowing when to say no. eat a portion and don't go for seconds even if it's delicious.



drink your milk, eat your protein, have some carbs in the morning (cereal), and eat lots of fruits and salad (don't pile on the dressing)

everyday she could go for a ten to twenty minute walk/run[:

eat a balanced diet.

don't snack, think to yourself; do i really need this?
