I was wondering if I would look good with a scene haircut?

I have been thinking of changing my style I have had a really short scene haircut before I regreted short hair but I wanted to get a medium length one with it thiner to the bottom of my hair and layered at the top. Ive taken care of scene hair before so I can do that I just want to know if I have the face for it. The photo is of a blonde but think of it with light brown hair and im gonna be adding red low lights

you do have the face for it, dear.
And I think the hairstyle you'd like is absolutely gorgeous for your face, but the colors don't match up too well.
If you're really wanting red low lights, then I'd consider getting your hair dyed a very deep, dark brown or black. Light brown and red will clash causing for a funky look. And not the kind of funky that makes people turn and say "ahh (:"
So I"d go for a darker base color if you're dead set on getting red low lights(:

Personally, I think anybody can pull of a "scene" haircut. It's just short choppy layers. So, yea you definitly could pull it off.
