i have a love hate relationship with my body!!!

some days i eat really healthy and feel great. then others i cant help myself and i eat wayyyy too much and feel terrible. how can i stop myself from eating all of this terrible food and always feel great?

hey! everybody is beautiful i ntheir own way. Some days I eat wayy too much and feel like a house and other days I eat food that's really good for me. What I have found out is that I need to eat a balance of food everyday. You can eat healthy and then add in some "jink" food. Just learn to accept yourself and if you feel like eating a whole bag of chips one day then you just might have too. Just remember to eat and not stop eating. If you are worried about prtion sizes you can limit by eating a portion about the size of the palm of your hand. Just remember to balance your food. One of my favorite places to get food on the go is subway because I can get a sub and a cookie and balance myself out with good and "bad" food. So you could try stuff like that.
