How to get my thighs smaller?

I'm a pretty good sprinter (6 mph is my comfortable pace, and 10 mph is my sprint). I'm 15 yrs old, 5 ft 3 (petite), a size S or XS in shirts, but a size TEN in pants! How can I get my thighs to be smaller?!!!!!!

p.s. The pic is of me-what do you think? Fat or not? Don't be afraid to be truthful!

looks about like me : P i love boot cut jeans that show off my bootay : P

i wear a small shirt and a 9 or 10 in pants

my bf loves my butt : P

ps for some people (including me) it's EXTREMELY hard to loose weight in that area. sometimes it's just best to be happy

trying to do low weight, high repetition leg lifts can sometimes help burn the fat in that area but not increase the muscle much

You can't choose where you want to lose weight from, unfortunately. I pack mine on my tummy, you pack yours on your thighs, she packs hers on her arms...

All you can do is increase the cardio that you're doing and make healthier eating choices.

But honestly don't fret over a NUMBER! Your figure looks really nice! Wear whatever size fits and just be glad that you look good in it. Girls obsess over numbers too often, and it's sad.

your thighs?? its a lot easier than you think and you won't have to cut out any of your favourite foods either *smiles smugly*, now i keep going on about yoga i bore people stupid but it DOES work, it tones muscles like there's no tomorrow. one playlist on youtube "yoga and the art of aging" has been amazing for me. don't get me wrong it was hard at first but it worked wonders
