sorry but there's not really much you can do to increase or decrease your hips that much. it's mainly based on your bone structure, unless your really over weight

and it's one of the last places you loose weight usually and one of the hardest for some people to put weight, usually it'll go to your stomach first

you could firm, lift, and make the glutes rounder which will improve the shape of the hips as well. I would suggest, more meat input, lower carbs and just accetuate it by toning the wast and the glutes. Other than that, you can't get bigger ones, you can only make them seem big by making other parts small. Unless you're skinny, then you could try to gain weight (the healthy way) and then tone /cut and shape your body the way you want by exercising the parts you want to get fixed. Although, it will take longer. :)) Good luck.

i don't know if you would believe me, but why don't you try self-hypnosis. i have read about its power to induce hormonal changes ( say. estrogen) that would allow you to go beyond your hip size at the present. Plus, you can do those glute muscle exercises to tone your hips as well. i myself am struggling with my narrow hips, so i am keeping an open mind about any option there is to help me out.
