Is this suitable for my dad's smart casual wedding dinner?

Ok, so i am going to my dads wedding dinner next month, its at a nice pub and the dress code is smart casual, my brother is wearing trousers, a shirt and shoes, no tie or formal jacket and his girlfriend is wearing a ted baker dress dont know whether it is formal or informal style? , so this is what i am thinking:

Dress: I have and the leggings.

Shoes: The first i have and the second are similar except mine are only ankle high and the platform is concealed, Which shoes?

How can i make it more casual, does it need to be? Accessories? Bag wise i was thinking small shoulder bag or crocodile clutch? Makeup?

Hi.
I think your dress is really pretty, but I'm not sure that I would wear it to a wedding, because it's white, and that is not approbiate. But I like the style of your outfit!! And no it does not have to be more casual! It is still a wedding dinner!
