i know the simple answer is eating right and exercise..but what do you do? i'd love to go to the gym but until i get my car thats not gonna happen. what are some fun exercises to do at home? im not very found of running so thats out lol and how about some healthy foods that keep you full longer?

Well I know this probably isn't the answer you are looking for but there is really no safe way to lose weight fast. Everyone looses weight at their own pace so it just depends on your body type.
For exercises there are many fun and easy ways to exercise at home. If you don't like running you could always go power walking, it can be a lot of fun if you go with friends. Also, there are some great aerobics, dance, yoga, pilates, etc., workout videos that you can buy and do at home. I ride horses 5-6 times a week. At home I do piloxing which is a fun and easy way to lose weight and tone your muscles. As far as the food thing goes I would say that healthy foods that are low-calorie is the best way to go. If you go for a healthy food like fruits and veggies you can eat a lot of it, until you are full, and not feel guilty about it later like you would if you eat junk food. Im not sure what types of foods you like but I absolutely love smoothies! I really love the Weight Watcher Vanilla smoothies, they are super easy to make all you do is mix the powder with milk and it's ready to drink (although i love to have it about half-way frozen!) they are low-fat and they always keep me full for a long time after I have it. http://planetvideo.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=3262076 (they come in lots of great flavors but vanilla is by far my favorite...im not really a chocolate lover so i've never tried that flavor...i've heard it's great though!:thumbup: )

Youre just like me i hate doing hard work and loads of exercise i just want something low key that will help me loose a few pounds. the clubland workout dvd is great for toning up your thighs,bum and tummy and also the davina mccall dvd is good. Best thing is to cut out sugary drinks aka coke, vimto etc and to drink more water also doing 10/20 sit ups and crunches a night works wonders even after 1 week. Hope i helped =) xx :)
Oh yeah i forgot have you ever tried 'shape' yoghurts?? they keep you full for hours and theyre only tiny. absolutly gorgeous as well, try them xxx
Fruit Smoothies for breakfast keep me full for a longgg time, and they are really healthyy. And I don't know if you like carrots, but there are hardly annnyyy calories in them, I snack on them all the time :PP Alsoo, I hateee running too :P Just walking with your friends or walking your dog for like 20 min. a day will make you see results pretty fast! I did a lot of walking over the summer and lost 20 pds, I ate healthy but I still ate my favorite foods, like pizza and stuff :PP
