start a no processed carb diet! so no breads and sugars. it sounds super hard but after a couple of days it becomes super easy! and find an excercise you are passionate about. for me its volleyball. im never more happy then when im playing! ive had weight issues and i teetered between 130-150 pounds. now im 130 and super happy. so i know it can be hard but just get through it! good luck! :)

I agree that you should find exercises that work for you... but the exercises alone won't help - it's also your diet. You're not supposed to starve yourself but more like just eat healthier foods. If you need help with that you could try a program like Weight Watchers (a few of my friends tried it and it helped them be both skinnier and healthier!). You'll also need to set goals for yourself. Determination is key... so most importantly, don't give up!

what i find out that really works is to eat healthy and walk for about 45 minutes and do about 20 sit ups or crunches every day.For snacks you can eat yugurt,berries,orother fruit. For food you can eat grlled meat with veggies.Or you can just eat salads but dont put too much dreesing on it.Fruit salads or regular salads are very good for you it cleanses your body and helps you lose weght. Definetly. Just eating a balanced diet, while watching portion sizes and excercising about an hour a day, the weight should fall right off. And it's extremely important to STAY CONSISTENT with the plan. Or there won't be any results. And more importantly, look at the mental aspect of being overweight. Don't be insecure. Don't think negative things about yourself. And don't agree with anyone who does. God made you this beautiful person inside and out. He made you this way for a reason. So embrace it. And don't let anyone stop you from letting your light shine. Love yourself. Always :)
