is the best place 2 get it cut at that wont be 2 expensive. i live in california & the last place i got it cut at doesnt understand the way i want 2 cut it as & cut it completly different which is the best way 2 explain it? i was thinking of cutting it at the mall but dont know how expensive that would be. i also want 2 dye the bottom blonde, good idea???

well first remember scene cuts usually are just alot of choppy layers

like in this pic you can have the straightened bangs off to the side and tease all the layers around your scalp to give you a very puffed scene look

all you want is layers and a side bang

it's up to you to scene it out sometimes you can bring a second pic and explain to them how you want them to tease it big time when they're done cuttin it for you
